Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for MHO, OMA, ASSESSOR and BUDGET Office use

The Municipality of Sibunag through the CAPITAL OUTLAY (Information and Communication Technology Equipment) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Five Pesos Only. (Php 512,885.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 2026-0035, Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for MHO, OMA, ASSESSOR and Budget use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Sibunag now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of Goods is required within Ten (10) Days as stipulated in the contract. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 similar contracts from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the The New Government Procurement Reform Act.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens, or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Sibunag and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on September 17, 2026 to October 01, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only. (Php 1,000.00)

The Municipality of Sibunag will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 24, 2026; 1:00 pm at BAC Office, Ground Floor of Municipal Hall which shall be open to prospective bidders.

Bid must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 1:00 PM of October 6,2026. Deadline for buying of bids will be on October 01,2026.

All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause16.


Bid opening shall be on 1:15 PM of October 06, 2026 at BAC Office, Ground floor of Municipal Hall. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The Municipality of Sibunag reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with RA 12009 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
