The East Avenue Medical Center through its Hospital Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) /Sub – Allotment Advice (SAA), invites suppliers / manufacturers / distributors for the bidding of the following projects for CY 2026.

Interested Bidders shall pay a non-refundable fee for the bid documents of the following projects:

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount not less than the required percentage of the ABC in accordance with RA 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, to wit;

(a) Cash or cashier’s or manager’s check issued by a bank. Two percent (2%)
(b) Bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable LoC issued by a bank: Provided, however, that it shall be confirmed or authenticated by a local bank, if issued by a foreign bank. Five Percent (5%)
(c) Surety bond callable upon demand issued by a surety or insurance company duly certified by the Insurance Commission as authorized to issue such security. Five percent (5%)
(d) Bid Securing Declaration No percentage required

All particulars relative to Eligibility Requirements, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contracts shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The East Avenue Medical Center reserves the right to reject any or all eligibility documents or proposals without offering any reason, waive any defect or formalities contained therein, accept any proposal which is considered most advantageous to the government or annul the bidding process prior to contract award.

The East Avenue Medical Center further assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
