INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PATHWAY AT LOS PRIMOS DRIVE, TUGBUNGAN, ZAMBOANGA CITY
1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TUGBUNGAN, through the Barangay Annual Budget for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY TWO PESOS AND 60/100 (Php.319,232.60) ONLY being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Pathway at Los Primos Drive, Tugbungan, Zamboanga City with Contract Reference No. CW 2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TUGBUNGAN now invites bids for the Construction of Pathway at Los Primos Drive, Tugbungan with ; Sub Grade Preparation Q=118.80 sq.m., Aggregate Sub Base Course Q=71.28 cu.m., Portland Cement Concrete Q=85.80 sq.m., Hauling of Materials to Job Site and Preparation of Form Q=1.00 Lot, Safety and Health Q=1.00 Lot, Project Billboard/ Signage Q=7.92 cu.m.. Completion of Works is required within Twelve (12) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within six (6) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar in the project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC and to meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the eligibility documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizenship/sole proprietorship, partnership, or organizations with at least seventy percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TUGBUNGAN and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm starting June 24, 2026 to July 13, 2026.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be secured by interested Bidder from the address below.
6. The Barangay Government of Tugbungan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 1, 2026 at 1:00 P.M at Barangay Hall of Tugbungan, Zamboanga City which shall be open to all interested parties who have secured the Bidding Documents.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 13, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Tugbungan. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Cash, Cashier’s/Manager’s Check Bank Draft/Guarantee confirmed by a Universal/Commercial Bank, Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by Universal/commercial Bank or from other bank certified by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and authorized to issued such financial instrument provided however that if shall be confirmed of authenticart3ed by a Universal Commercial Bank if issued by a foreign bank in an amount of Php.6,384.65 or Surety Bond callable upon demand issued by a Surety or Insurance Company duly certified by Insurance commission as authorized to issue such security in the amount of Php 15,961.63 or any combination of the foregoing in the amount proportionate to share of form with respect to total amount of security. The Bid security shall be denominated in Philippines Pesos and posted in favor of the Procuring Entity.
Bid will be open in the presence of the bidder’s representative who chooses to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted
