Consulting Services for the Conduct of Cultural Mapping in the Municipality (Phase I)

AI Summary

The Municipality of Cuyo in Palawan has issued a request for expression of interest for consulting services to conduct the first phase of a cultural mapping program. The engagement seeks a qualified consultant or consortium to provide professional expertise, produce a comprehensive cultural inventory, and develop a strategic framework that will guide future preservation and development initiatives in the municipality. The procurement covers all aspects of the mapping effort, from data collection and stakeholder engagement to analysis and reporting, and is envisioned as a foundational project for the community’s cultural resource management.

Applicants are expected to submit a detailed methodology, assign competent personnel, and demonstrate the ability to deliver the finished cultural map within a four‑month timeframe. The evaluation framework will weigh experience, personnel qualifications, current workload, and the proposed work plan, with a minimum cumulative score required to qualify for short‑listing. Once shortlisted, interested parties will submit full bids that will be assessed under the quality‑based evaluation procedures mandated by the New Government Procurement Act.

The consultant must meet the specified experience and qualification criteria, employ a robust methodology, and certify capacity alignment as outlined in the bidding documents.
