Corrigendum-Ardwyn - Supported Living

AI Summary

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is soliciting a contract for the provision of a supported living service designed to give individuals diagnosed with a learning disability a local, self‑contained home environment with 24‑hour support. The service will enable complex‑needs patients—typically those who would have been managed in more secure residential or low‑secure facilities—to live as independently as possible while receiving specialist case management. The Board intends to award a long‑term agreement that ensures sustainable, high‑quality service delivery, and will undertake the procurement through the Sell2Wales platform in line with the Procurement Act 2023.

Suppliers interested in supplying bespoke accommodation for four residents who require continuous support are invited to attend an online market engagement event. The event will clarify the Board’s commissioning intentions, outline the procurement process, and provide an opportunity for prospective bidders to ask questions. These supplied services must provide 24‑hour supported living for four individuals with a learning disability, delivered within a locally based home setting.
