Corrigendum-Framework for the Provision of Trailblazer Programme Support Services and Activities

AI Summary

The City & County of Swansea is inviting providers to supply a range of community‑based support activities through a newly established Framework Agreement for the Trailblazer programme. The programme is designed to help economically inactive residents across Swansea improve health, wellbeing, confidence, resilience, social connection and readiness for employment, training or broader community engagement. Services will be delivered through four distinct Lots, each addressing a specific area of need: physical and emotional health; education, employability and skill building; creative and cultural provision; and other beneficial support to fill gaps not covered by the other categories.

Each Lot will comprise a combination of interventions such as confidence and resilience building, counselling, emotional health support, physical activity, environmental projects, informal and formal learning, creativity and arts initiatives, and other tailored services that meet the unique barriers faced by participants. Providers will work in partnership with statutory, third‑sector, health, community, and employer‑based organisations to provide seamless access to local support pathways and opportunities. The framework allows for renewal and optional extensions, and all contractors must collaborate closely with the Trailblazer governance structure.

All services must comply with the Trailblazer programme guidelines and align with CFW+ standards.
