AI Summary

The Department for Education is procuring a comprehensive Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Inclusion Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Framework designed to support the Government’s investment in workforce development and SEND reform across the education sector. The procurement is structured into five sub‑lots, covering school teachers and leaders, further education teachers and leaders, teaching assistants, further education support staff, and a combined audience group that links the four specialist sub‑lots. The Framework also enables the Department to award up to seven standalone contracts covering the same audiences, each with an initial two‑year term and an option to extend for a further two years, ensuring continuity and adaptability.

All submissions must be made through the Department for Education eSourcing Portal Jaggaer and will be evaluated against the Framework Specification. All supply must adhere to the established Framework Specification.
