Corrigendum-Total Facilities Management Framework Agreement

AI Summary

The NHS London Procurement Partnership is preparing a comprehensive Total Facilities Management Framework Agreement to be awarded by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. The framework is designed to provide a broad range of facilities management services across the Trust’s sites, with a single large procurement encompassing millions of pounds of work. The scope is segmented into distinct lots: managed hard facilities management, managed soft facilities management and a bundled managed total FM service, supplemented by stand‑alone lots for cleaning, catering, security, grounds maintenance (including winter services) and pest control.

The intended contract will span from 8 July 2027 to 7 July 2030, with the possibility of extension to 2035, and carries an estimated gross value of approximately £8 billion, placing it well above the threshold for significant public procurement. Engagement with the market begins in early 2026, with suppliers invited to pre‑market discussion to shape the contracting model and criteria before the formal tender is issued in May 2026. The procurement is organised under the UK’s CPV classification framework, covering building and facilities management, repair and maintenance, cleaning and sanitation, catering, security and related services, ensuring all suppliers meet the required statutory and technical standards.
