The tender concerns the procurement of technical condition assessment services for road structures in Lithuania, organised as a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) with a contractual duration of 60 months. Suppliers are required to submit a signed European Common Public Procurement Document and provide evidence that they meet the professional and trade‑register qualifications outlined in the procurement documents; price is not the sole award criterion. The procurement is authorised by AB LTG INFRA and is to be executed throughout Lithuania in accordance with the specified technical and professional capacity requirements.

The services to be delivered comprise a comprehensive evaluation of the structural integrity of road infrastructure, including detailed inspections, testing, analysis, and the preparation of technical reports that document the condition of each structure. Participants must demonstrate the technical competence and experience necessary to conduct such assessments, as well as the capacity to perform all activities within the Lithuanian jurisdiction. The contractual obligations and quality expectations are governed by the engineering research, technical services, and technical inspection, analysis and consulting provisions (BVPŽ codes 71335000, 71356000, and 71600000).
