El objeto del contrato lo comprenden las actuaciones de ejecución de obras establecidas en el proyecto técnico de conservación de la biodiversidad en el Parque Natural Sierra de las Nieves, en el término municipal de Parauta.

The contract is aimed at carrying out forest‑cultural works that form part of a technical project for the conservation of biodiversity in the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, located in the municipality of Parauta. The works to be performed are divided into two distinct actions: the first is a selvicultural treatment designed to improve the Parauta mountain sector, while the second provides a preventive selvicultural intervention in the campsite area of Conejeras, encompassing the Mount “Conejeras and Madroñales” which belongs to the Junta de Andalucía. These actions are intended to enhance forest resilience, prevent degradation, and support the ecological objectives of the park.

The work is to be executed by a contractor chosen by the Mayor of the City of Parauta, and the contract stipulates that the offer must be presented electronically and that the execution site is within the municipality in Spain – Malaga. The selection criteria include an expansion term guarantee, improvement quality, maximum execution term, pricing, and the provision of a detailed technical memory. All works must comply with the specified technical specifications and deliverables outlined in the technical memory as part of the contract.
