The Ministry of Interior Information Center seeks a long‑term solution for the procurement, maintenance, and repair of individual body‑camcorders for use by home affairs authorities over a four‑year period. This contract will provide the authorities in Riga and surrounding areas with reliable digital recording equipment designed to support operational duties and enhance accountability. It is intended to cover all aspects of acquisition, delivery, and ongoing service support.

The tender specifies that the selected contractor must supply fully functional body‑camcorders suitable for use in law‑enforcement and public‑safety contexts, and must provide maintenance and repair services throughout the contract duration. All equipment will therefore need to be robust, with adequate storage capacity, durable battery life, and approved compatibility with existing command infrastructure.
