INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS ALONG NHW BUAYAN BRIDGE TO LUN PADIDU BRIDGE PHASE III
1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani, through the SB #1, CY2026. intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (₱15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Installation of Street Lights along Nhw Buayan to Lun Padidu Bridge Phase III under contract no. Infra-2026-60. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani now invites bids for Installation of 192 units 120W INTEGRATED SOLAR STREETLIGHTS with specifications: Led Lamp- 300W (minimum), Atleast 7 module, high brightness LED 3030, Flux Output-12000.00 (minimum), Efficiency 200-240Im/w, Lifespan 100,000hrs (minimum) Solar Panel- 100W (minimum), Monocrystalline, Double Side Design, A Grade, Higher Efficiency, Battery Type- Lithium LiFeP04 12.8V, 42AH (minimum) Charging Controller- MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) Dimension (mm)- Atleast 1650x363x50 Warranty-5 years Lamp post- 8m Q235 Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized Pipe 60mmx152mmx3.0mm; Arm- 1000mm; Base Plate- 300x300x16mm. And Replacement of Existing 50 units Defective Solar Streetlights. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirty-Six (136) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 15, 2026 – October 6, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱25,000.00).
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
6) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 22, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at 2/F Conference Room, PGSO Building, Capitol Complex, Alabel, Sarangani and/or through video conferencing, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
7) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before October 6, 2026 at 9:00 am. Late bids shall not be accepted.
8) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.
9) Bid opening shall be on October 6, 2026 am at 2/F Conference Room, PGSO Building, Capitol Complex, Alabel, Sarangani. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
10) The Provincial Government of Sarangani reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
