Katastrofu pārvaldības centru jaunbūvju būvniecība Rēzeknē, Krāslavā, Balvos

The State Security Agency is procuring the construction and design of new disaster management centers in three Latvian towns. The scope includes three separate contracts: a new building at 62 Zilupes Street in Rezekne, a design‑construction‑supervision package at 43 Rezeknes Street in Kraslava, and construction work with author supervision at 2I in Balvi. Each contract carries a 60‑month agreement period and will be awarded using an economic benefit assessment approach. All three works are handled as independent procurement parts, yet they share the overarching aim of bolstering regional emergency response capacity. All works must comply with applicable national safety and quality standards.
