Learning and Training Services DPS

AI Summary

The Crown Commercial Service has established a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of learning and training services to UK public‑sector bodies, with a contractual life that has recently been extended to 27 October 2028. This procurement, conducted under the Light Touch Regime, enables government departments, local authorities, health and social care providers, police, fire and rescue services, housing associations, charities, education institutions, devolved administrations and their arm‑length agencies to access a range of high‑quality blended learning and development offerings from multiple trained providers.

Suppliers that participate in the DPS will deliver services across four core categories: standard off‑the‑shelf training, bespoke specialist training, learning technologies, and education services. The system is designed to provide flexibility to buyers, allowing them to determine contractual periods that suit their needs, while ensuring that offerings meet the needs of a diverse public‑sector customer base. Suppliers must also ensure compliance with the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 should it apply.
