The Contracting entity seeks bids for a Construction Contract.

This procurement requires bidders to demonstrate significant experience in construction projects through the submission of declarations detailing similar projects completed within the past year. These declarations must be original, electronically signed, and include copies of contracts with completion receipts. Good execution certifications from beneficiaries (legal persons) are mandatory for the most important works/contracts listed.

Bidders must also provide evidence of qualified personnel capable of executing the contract. This includes a team leader/project manager/master with at least five years of experience in construction or a related field, technical attestation certificates for all categories of work specified in the project documentation, and CVs for the designated team leader highlighting their education and professional experience. Furthermore, bidders must prove access to necessary equipment (including scaffolding) through ownership documents or lease agreements. A completed form detailing available equipment is required. Finally, a detailed execution chart outlining the timeline for completing the project must be submitted. If bidding on multiple lots, separate charts are required for each lot.
