Scope of Works:

 

1. Carpentry Works

a. Supply and fabrication of wood flooring

Panel: 1/2" thk. plywood / plyboard or equivalent

Frame: 2x2" Good lumber

Finish: Two (2) color smooth surface good for heavy foot traffic. (Vinyl, Laminate or equivalent)

b. Supply and fabrication of stand-alone arrow

Panel: 1/2" thk. plywood / plyboard or equivalent

Frame: 2x2" Good lumber

Finish: Plain sheet GI, glossy white

2. Electrical Works

a. Supply and Installation of LED striplights diagonally on the flooring, with channel and diffuser.

b. Supply and Installation of LED striplights behind the stand-alone arrow, cove light effect.

c. Supply and Installation of one (1) plug for the power supply of the LED striplights.

d. Supply of at least 10m heavy-duty extension cord.

3. Inclusive of VAT, Mobilization, Delivery and Hauling of waste.

4. Send Bill Arrangement (Downpayment is not allowed).

5. Delivery Period: 20 calendar days upon signed PO.
