Procurement of 250 Pieces of Laptop Sleeve

The Department of Foreign Affairs seeks to procure one thousand laptop sleeves, distributed across four equivalent lots of two hundred and fifty units each. The product—branded Wovencrafts Abre Medium Laptop Sleeves—requires a fit for 13‑ to 14‑inch laptops and shall measure 36 cm by 27 cm. Each sleeve is to be handmade by traditional Filipino community weavers, incorporating authentic banig on the sides, woven from tikog leaves and inlaid with dyed buri strips, and presented with a colorful pattern in red, blue, yellow, and white/cream. The design includes a foam‑padded interior, garters at the bottom corners to secure the device, an internal pocket for documents or small items, a sewn tag with a customized logo, and a specialty card featuring a woman’s illustration and a customized note. Packaging is to be a canvas linen drawstring pouch that also displays the custom logo. Delivery to the Department of Foreign Affairs’ headquarters at 2330 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, Philippines is required no later than 22 February 2024.
