The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through its Bids and Awards Committee (Goods and Services), intends to procure the "Supply and Delivery of Various Fertilizers under Research Division" through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 12009.
