Procurement of Cleaning Supplies and Other Materials

NOTICE TO ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS:

The Cybercrime Investigation Coordinating Center (CICC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project, “Procurement of Cleaning Supplies and Other Materials” in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 also known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).

Interested bidders are hereby invited to submit their quotation/proposal, signed by the duly authorized representative, on or before the deadline indicated above, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in this RFQ. Quotations must be submitted physically through the contact information indicated below:

BID PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED MANUALLY IN A SEALED AND MARKED ENVELOPE 

• Please indicate the PROJECT NAME and/or RFQ NUMBER OF THE PROJECT on the front of the bid envelope, and indicate your COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESS.

PROPER SEALING AND MARKINGS

Interested service providers shall also submit a copy of the following documents along with the quotation on or before the above-specified deadline of submission of quotation: 

1. Valid PhilGEPS - Certificate of Registration (Platinum Membership) or Red Membership (submit a printed copy of the Merchant Details from the PhilGEPS, corresponding to its PhilGEPS Organization Identification (ID));

1. Valid and Latest Business/Mayor’s Permit - Issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the bidder is located, or a Recently Expired Business/Mayor’s Permit for CY2025 and the Official Receipt as proof of Renewal for CY2026; and

1. Latest Income or Business Tax Return

• Original Notarized Secretary’s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or

• Original Special Power of Attorney of all members of the joint venture giving full power and authority to its officer to sign the OSS and do acts to represent the Bidder.

• Proof of Authority shall reflect the authorized representative's name and the project title as indicated in this RFQ.
