| The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) draw up the short list of bidders/suppliers who have submitted their eligibility documents/expression of interest and have been determined eligible in accordance to the provisions of R.A. 12009, otherwise known as the “NGPA” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). | |||||

Contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid as determined in the bid evaluation and post evaluation. The DENR reserves the right to reject any and all bids, annul the bidding process or not to award the contract at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders. | |||||
