The LGU-MAYANTOC, through its Bids and awards committee (BAC), invites contractors registered with and classified by the PHILGEPS to apply for the eligibility and found eligible, to bid for the here-under contract:

All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, Pre- Bidding conference, evaluation of bids, Post Qualification and its Implementing rules and regulations by provisions of R.A. 9184 and its IRR.
1. The Municipal Government of Mayantoc, Province of Tarlac, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the project PROCUREMENT OF DRILLING MACHINE WITH TRAILER. The project shall be completed within thirty (30) days. The approved budget for the contract (ABC) is One Million (P1,000,000.00) pesos.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Pesos Only (P5,000.00). The bidder or his authorized representative shall receive the bidding documents starting Oct. 15, 2026.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act”,. The contract shall be awarded to the Bidder that met the criteria indicated in the Bidding Documents.
4. A pre-bid conference is set on Oct. 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Municipal Town Hall. Only eligible bidders that have paid the amount required shall be issued bidding documents and will be allowed to attend the pre-bid conference.
5. Eligible bidders must submit their bids and duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before Nov. 4, 2026, 9:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted.
A bid security in the prescribed form and amount must accompany all bids.
6) Bid opening will be on Nov. 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Municipal Town Hall, Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids will be open in the presence of the bidder or his authorized representative.
7) The Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
The LGU-MAYANTOC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the bid preparation.
