Procurement of Food Supplies Expenses
AI Summary
The Philippine National Police, through its Logistics Support Service, is procuring a single lot of prepared and preserved food items to support its operational requirements in Metro Manila. The procurement covers four categories of ready‑to‑serve goods: prepared desserts, instant snack mixes, shelf‑stable combination meals, and shelf‑stable plain pasta or noodles. For each category, one hundred (100) boxes are required, resulting in a total of 400 boxes across all categories. The goods must be suitable for long‑term storage without refrigeration, with robust packaging and proper labeling to ensure shelf stability over the intended supply period.
Deliveries must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and bidders must demonstrate at least three years of contract experience in providing similar food supplies. Bidders will be evaluated on a "lowest calculated and responsive" criterion, ensuring that the selected vendor meets the quality, safety, and delivery requirements necessary for the Philippine National Police’s logistical operations. All food items must meet the Philippine food safety and shelf‑stability standards.
