The State University of Northern Negros at Main Campus, Sagay City, Negros Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:

The list of minimum requirements is indicated in the Eligibility Form. Eligibility of prospective bidders shall be checked Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within ten (10) years with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

Bidding Documents are available to prospective bidders upon their submission of Expression of Interest and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 500.00) to the cashier of State University of Northern Negros. Bid documents can be downloaded from the PhilGEPS website.
The State University of Northern Negros assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
