Invitation to Bid for Supply of Labor, Equipment and Construction Materials for Pipeline Expansion and Interconnection Between Barangay Bagumbayan and Barangay Halayhayin, Pililla, Rizal
The PILILLA WATER DISTRICT, through its Corporate Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Pesos (Php 4,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor, Equipment and Construction Materials for Pipeline Expansion and Interconnection Between Barangay Bagumbayan and Barangay Halayhayin, Pililla, Rizal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The PILILLA WATER DISTRICT now invites bids for supply of labor and materials for pipeline expansion and interconnection between Barangay Bagumbayan and Barangay Halayhayin, Pililla, Rizal, including pipe laying, installation of fittings and appurtanances, restoration of affected areas. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on September 14, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00).
The PILILLA WATER DISTRICT will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 22, 2026, 10:00am at Pililla Water District Office, National Road, Brgy. Bagumbayan, Pililla, Rizal which shall be open to prospective bidders. The deadline for the submission of Bids is October 5, 2026 at 9:30am. Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before September 30, 2026 at 9:30am. Late bids shall not be accepted.
Bid opening shall be on October 5, 2026, 10:00am at Pililla Water District Office, National Road, Brgy. Bagumbayan, Pililla, Rizal. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to at tend the activity. The PILILLA WATER DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
