Provision of meals for 3rd International Partner's Summit 2026

Southern Leyte State University is inviting bids for professional catering services to support the 3rd International Partner’s Summit 2026. The procurement will cover all meals required throughout the event, from early‑morning and mid‑afternoon snacks to full lunch and dinner sessions across the summit’s multi‑day schedule. Delivery teams must prepare and serve a diverse range of dishes—including seafood platters, classic salads, Filipino specialties such as Lechon Kawali and Beef Stroganoff, and a selection of hot breakfast items in the quantities specified for each day.

The order will provide catering for a total of 255 unique meal occasions, ranging from 10 to 85 persons per service as indicated in each line item. Meals will be prepared and plated for lunchtime, dinner, and morning or afternoon snack periods, with detailed menus that feature fresh vegetables, rice, fish, seafood, steak, and a variety of side dishes, desserts, and beverages. The feeding schedule is designed to accommodate the summit’s full program, ensuring participants receive high‑quality, well‑presented food and beverage options at every designated time.

All catering services must meet local health and safety regulations, and suppliers are expected to handle food storage, preparation, and service in compliance with applicable food‑handling standards.
