AI Summary
The British Embassy in Kinshasa is seeking a service provider to deliver comprehensive medical aid insurance for its diplomatic staff and their dependents. The contracting authority, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, will engage a provider capable of delivering a policy that offers an appropriate coverage ceiling and a premium structure on a per‑family basis, ensuring that all members are covered under a single, unified insurance arrangement. To fulfil this requirement the provider must possess a valid medical insurance licence, demonstrate registration with the relevant regulatory and professional bodies, and supply detailed contact information for its headquarters and zonal offices. The service design must incorporate robust data protection and confidentiality controls in line with local legal requirements, establish clear member support mechanisms such as onboarding, helpdesk, and claims escalation, maintain a well‑managed provider network, and deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics. In addition, the provider should outline a renewal strategy, present a transparent costing model, and disclose any operational risks or market constraints. The contractor must hold a valid medical insurance licence and comply with local regulatory, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.
