INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CDC) FOR BRGY. CAMPOS & SAN JOSE SOUTH
@ Barangay Campos & San Jose South, Anao, Tarlac
1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY2026 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Purchase and Delivery of Additional PlayGground Equipment for Child Development Center (CDC) for Brgy. Campos & San Jose South located at Brgy. Campos and San Jose South, Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project Purchase and Delivery of Additional Playground Equipment for Child Development Center (CDC) for Brgy. Campos & San Jose South of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project worth at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Anao and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office from 9:00am to 4:00 pm
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on June 03- 10, 2026, from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1000.00).
6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before June 10, 2026, 10:00 a.m. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid opening shall be on June 10, 2026, 10:00 a.m. at the 3rd Floor, Planning/Engineering Office, Carlos “Charlie”O. Cojuangco New Municipal Building, Barangay Poblacion, Anao, Tarlac. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
7. The Local Government Unit of Anao reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
