The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the Bids and Awards Committee upon their submission of a letter of Intent (LOI). Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the same address.
The BAC will issue Bidding Documents only to bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php1,000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer Office.
The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Del Carmen, Province of Surigao del Norte, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process, to reject all bids at any time prior to Contract Awards and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
