The BLGU - STA. CRUZ of Villaba Leyte, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 100,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF (2) TWO-UNITS LAPTOP COMPUTER WITH ACCESSORIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected on bid opening.

The BLGU - STA. CRUZ, Villaba Leyte now invites bids for PURCHASE OF (2) TWO-UNITS LAPTOP COMPUTER WITH ACCESSORIES. Completion of Work is required fifteen (15) days after the Notice to Proceed. Bidders who have experience of having completed at least one (1) project similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the NSO consumer price indices must be at least 50% of the ABC to be bid. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizen’s/sole proprietorship or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest of outstanding capital of stock belonging to the citizen of the Philippines.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat of BLGU-STA. CRUZ, Villaba Leyte at the address given below from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by the interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 500.00).
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 01, 2026 at 10:30 am at Barangay Hall. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative who chooses to attend the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
BLGU-STA. CRUZ, Villaba Leyte reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
