The Sangguniang Barangay Barangka, through its Committee on Bids & Awards, hereby invites all interested parties to submit sealed bid for the hereunder project:

Prospective Bidders should experience undertaking have a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the ABC available for the prosecution of the contract. The ABC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of the Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
Complete sets of Eligibility Requirements and bid Documents may be obtained at the (BAC Secretariat),
Barangka Barangay Hall. Duly accomplished Eligibility Forms shall be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to the BAC Chairman, c/o BAC Secretariat.
The schedule of Bidding activities are as follows:
ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE
1. Receipt from prospective bidders of letters of intent (LOI) June 3-4, 2026.
2. Issuance of Bid Documents and Bid from June 3-5, 2026.
3. Deadline for submission of Eligibility Requirement and Bids is on June 15, 2026 not
later than 8:00 AM.
4. Opening of Bids in Sealed Envelope at Barangka Barangay Hall, June 15,2026, 8:00 AM.
5. Bid Evaluation June 16, 2026, 8:00 AM.
6. Post Qualification June 17, 2026, 1:00 PM
7. Issuance of Notice of Awards June 18, 2026.
8. Issuance of Notice to Proceed June 19, 2026.

The BAC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of BID & reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or part thereof, to waive formality therein, or to accept such bids or to award any work that is considered most advantageous to the Barangay Barangka, Marikina City
