PINUKPUK, KALINGA
1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 8918-1-26-1899 intends to apply the sum of
THREE MILLION, NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE PESOS, THREE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE PESOS AND TWENTY CENTAVOS
₱3,985,339.20 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for
REHABILITATION/ IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADING OF LAYA-CABARUAN-SUCBOT-MAGAOGAO PROVINCIAL ROAD Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invited bids for REHABILITATION/ IMPROVEMENT/UPGRADING OF LAYA-CABARUAN-SUCBOT-MAGAOGAO PROVINCIAL ROAD
Completion of the Works is required 65CD Bidders should have completed, within 65CD from the date of submission
and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible is contained I the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the IRR,
otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)".
4. Interest bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Kalinga and inspect the Bidding Documents at the
address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on June 10, 2026 from the address given
below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB,
in the amount of ₱ 5,000.00 ( Five Thousand Pesos )
6. The Provincial Government of Kalinga will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 46190 at 9:00 A.M., Bids and Awards
Committee Office, Capitol Hills, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
7. Bid must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated
below, on or before July 01, 2026 Late bids shall nor be accepted.
8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.
9. Bid opening shall be on July 01, 2026 at 9:00 A.M., Bids and Awards Committee Office, Capitol Hills, Bulanao, Tabuk City,
Kalinga. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend the activity.
10. The Provincial Government of Kalinga reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the
contract at any time prior to contact award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability
to the affected bidder or bidders.
