POBLACION 7, TANAUAN CITY, BATANGAS
1. The Barangay Local Government Units of Barangay Poblacion 7, Tanauan City through the Approved Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 100,000.00) being the approved budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF ONE (01) LOT CCTV CAMERA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Units of Barangay Poblacion 7, Tanauan City now invites bids for REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF ONE (01) LOT CCTV CAMERA – Barangay Poblacion 7, Tanauan City, Batangas. Completion of the works is required within Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Local Government of Barangay Poblacion 7, Tanauan City, Batangas and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on OCTOBER 09, 2026 – OCTOBER 19, 2026 from the address below.

6. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine GovernmentElectronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity.
7. Eligible Suppliers/Contractors shall submit their duly accomplished Pre-Qualification and Approved Eligibility Statements including Price Proposals to the Chairman of Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) at Barangay Poblacion 7 not later than OCTOBER 19 ,2026.
8. All particulars related to the Eligibility, Bidders Bond, Performance Bond, Pre-Bid Conference,Bid Evaluation, Awards of Contracts shall be governed by the Provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Bid Securities shall be in any of acceptance forms.
9. The Barangay Local Government of Barangay Poblacion 7, Tanauan City, Batangas reserves the right to reject any and all bids declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
