“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT DIETARY SUPPLIES FOR PSWDO”
ITB No. G-2026-311
1) The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its General Fund, CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-six Pesos only (₱248,656.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT DIETARY SUPPLIES FOR PSWDO ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites bids for " SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT DIETARY SUPPLIES FOR PSWDO". Delivery of the Goods is required by Staggered Delivery upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR.
4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on September 22, 2026 to October 6, 2026 from the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of P 500.00. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
6) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before October 6, 2026. Late bids shall not be accepted.
7) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.
8) Bid opening shall be on October 6, 2026 at Provincial Bids and Awards Office. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
9) Each Bidder shall submit One (1) original marked as “ORIGINAL” and Two (2) copies of the first and second components of its bid marked as “COPY 1 & 2” – to be file in BLUE FOLDER. Sealed in One (1) BLUE ENVELOPE contain the Name of Contract to be bid, name & address of the bidder and company e-mail address, be addressed to the Provincial Government of Bukidnon and bear a warning “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE---”. Tabbing of each documents submitted is necessary. (1 folder for Eligibility and Technical Components and 1 Folder for Financial Components).
Back up data for the supplier’s technical specifications (soft copy) shall be submitted.
10) Other Schedule of Activities involved are as follows: Evaluation of Bids – October 8, 2026 (BAC) at 09:00 a.m. and Post Qualification Evaluation – October 13, 2026 (BAC) 09:00 a.m.
11) The Provincial Government of Bukidnon reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009, without incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
