The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Regional Office No. 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur is requesting from prospective suppliers to submit quotation for the Supply and Delivery of 3 Units of Water Pump for Techno-Demo Projects under SAAD Phase II Program.

Specifications:
Submersible, minimum of 0.75 Kw (1HP), 220V, single-phase, 60Hz, 2-inch discharge outlet, maximum head of at least 13.5 meters, maximum flow rate of at least 0.4 m3 / min (400 L / min) with complete standard accessories and operation manual.
Conditions:
1. Delivery Period: 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
2. Place of Delivery:

• San Vicente, Camarines Norte - 1 unit
• Capalonga, Camarines Norte - 1 unit
3. Must be new and free from defects.
4. 3 months warranty from the date of the delivery.

Together with the quotation, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements:

2. PhilGEPS Registration No.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP120,000.00) only.
All quotations shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 9:00 o’clock in the morning of September 28, 2026 which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address.
All emailed quotations must be duly signed by the prospective bidder. Conditions and delivery schedules must be clearly stated in the written quotations.
This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically thru Shopping under Section 52.1b and 52.2, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
