In acquiring a Bid Documents and submits on the opening, the Procuring Entity shall allow the Bidder its duly authorized representative accompanied by a duly notarized SPA, in case of a Corporation, a Secretary’s Certificate is sufficient.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission on the opening date at 9:00A.M. Late bids shall not be accepted.
