Together with the quotation, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements:
1. Mayor’s/Business Permit
2. PhilGEPS Registration No.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand One Hundred Pesos (PhP139,100.00) only.
All quotations shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of August 10, 2026 which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address.
All emailed quotations must be duly signed by the prospective bidder. Conditions and delivery schedules must be clearly stated in the written quotations.
This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically thru Shopping under Section 52.1b and 52.2, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
