SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MONOBLOC CHAIR FOR DONATION

1) The Municipal Government of El Nido, through the CY 2026 Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 839,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply And Delivery of Monobloc Chair for Donation/2026-09-0987. BIDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF THE ABC AND COST PER UNIT/ITEM SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AT BID OPENING.

2) The Municipal Government of El Nido now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Monobloc Chair for Donation. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.

i) Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR.

4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of El Nido and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am-12:00 nn and 1:00 pm-5:00 pm.

5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from October 21, 2026, to October 28, 2026 from the address given below, upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents by the interested bidder’s authorized representative upon presentation of valid Identification card or Company ID and Secretary’s Certificate/Special Power of Attorney whichever is applicable, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00).

6) Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 9:00 am of October 29,2026. Late bids shall not be accepted.

7) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.

8) Bid opening shall be on October 29, 2026 at 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, at the Tourism Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Municipal Tourism Building. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.

9) Each Bidder shall submit three (3) copies (1 original and 2 copies) of the first (technical) and second (financial). TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE PRINTED IN LEGAL (FLS) SIZE, RING BOUND AND PROPERLY LABELED OR TABBED ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENT NAME.

10) The Municipal Government of El Nido reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A. No. 12009, without incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
