The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: “Supply and delivery of one (1) lot Various Materials including Medals, Plaque & Token for the conduct of the National Statistics Month Celebration Activity of the City Planning and Development Office”. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
Please submit your duly signed quotations/proposals not later than September 28, 2026 at 10:00am for the item described above, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided with this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
A copy of your PhilGEPS Organization ID or PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration, Mayor’s / Business Permit, Income/Business Tax Return (for ABCs above ₱500,000.00), Omnibus Sworn Statement (GPPB Format, notarized, for ABCs above ₱500,000.00) and Warranty/Security Certificate (if applicable) are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal.
