Public Bidding No. VMC-2027-006
- The Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC), through the General Appropriations Act/Income CY 2027, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Currency: SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR PESOS ONLY (₱6,987,224.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents (Clinical Microscopy Section) for CY 2027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
- The Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC) now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies and Reagents (Clinical Microscopy Section) for CY 2027. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
- Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
- Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR.
- Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 27, 2026 from the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of:

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
- The Valenzuela Medical Center will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 4, 2026, 1:00 pm at BAC Office, Annex Bldg., Valenzuela Medical Center, Padrigal St., Karuhatan, Valenzuela City, which shall be open to prospective Bidders.
- Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before November 19, 2026, 1:00 pm. Late bids shall not be accepted.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.
- Bid opening shall be on November 19, 2026, 1:00 pm at the given address below. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
