Supply and Delivery of VARIOUS SPARE PARTS for the use of PEO for Const./Rehab/Improv. of Provincial Roads and other facilities and for the implementation NLD (Nindot ug Luwas na Dalan) program

The tender seeks the supply and delivery of a broad range of vehicle parts and accessories to support the Provincial Engineer’s Office in Davao Oriental’s ongoing road construction, rehabilitation, improvement projects and the implementation of the NLD (Nindot ug Luwas na Dalan) program. The procurement encompasses spare components essential for maintaining and operating a fleet of heavy construction equipment, ensuring continued functionality and safety across provincial infrastructure projects. The procured goods will be delivered directly to the designated sites in Davao Oriental, where they will be used to extend the operational life of the equipment and to meet the growing demands of road and facilities development.

The items to be furnished cover several major machine classes: for the Sany Excavator body L3‑10P, two magnetic switches, an oil seal, and a 24‑volt electric fan; for the Mitsubishi Self Loader body H4‑3P, an oil filter, fuel filters, and turn‑buckle assemblies; for the XCMG Wheel Loader body L2‑22P, a grease gun and a double‑back rest; for the Sinotruk 4×4 Fuel Tanker H2‑5P, tire wrench and hydraulic jack components; for the Liugong Loader L2‑18P and Komatsu Loader L2‑15P, hydraulic hoses and a primer pump assembly; for the Mitsubishi MG330 Motor Grader N1‑18P and Hidromek MG330 Motor Grader N1‑27P, inner tubes and a horn assembly; for the Sinotruk 4×4 Dumptruck H3‑78P, a differential oil seal and a set of car fans; for the Lonking Road Roller Z2‑9P, a hydraulic hose; for the Isuzu FV Boomtruck H2‑3P, exhaust brake valves and a clutch booster; and for the Isuzu Dumptruck H3‑35P, a starter motor assembly. Additionally, a hydraulic hose set for the Sany Road Roller Z2‑6P is required. All components will be delivered in accordance with the negotiated procurement policy for small‑value goods, with a classification under vehicle parts and accessories.

All parts must comply with the original equipment manufacturer specifications and meet applicable national standards to guarantee compatibility and performance on the provincial road fleet.
