Technical consultancy framework
AI Summary
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets seeks to establish a Technical Consultancy Open Framework to provide professional expertise in support of its Major Works 10‑year Capital Investment Programme. The framework will cover a broad range of technical consultancy services required to plan, design, and deliver large-scale capital projects across the borough, ensuring that projects are delivered to high technical standards and within statutory regulations. The procurement will allow the council to access a pool of pre-qualified specialists who can be called upon as project needs evolve, thereby enhancing flexibility and reducing procurement cycle times for future works.
Contracted consultants will be expected to deliver technically rigorous advice, subcontract management oversight, compliance verification and continuous improvement consultancy to support the capital programme’s objectives. All provisions will align with the council’s sustainability targets and regulatory framework, and participating firms must demonstrate that they adhere to all relevant industry standards and best practices.
