Tender for contract regarding banking services
AI Summary
Impact Fund Denmark is inviting proposals for an integrated global banking solution designed to replace a fragmented network of bilateral banking relationships. The contracting entity seeks a comprehensive, single-point platform that will bring together custody account management, cash‑management, foreign‑exchange, and, where needed, escrow services under one coherent operating model. Alongside transactional services, the solution must also cover the full scope of operational and regulatory functions required by a modern financial entity, including robust onboarding, Know‑Your‑Customer and Anti‑Money‑Laundering compliance screening, continuous transaction monitoring, and detailed reporting.
The proposed arrangement should provide seamless coordination of all banking activities, enabling the entity to maintain complete visibility and control across its global operations while reducing complexity and risk. By consolidating these services, Impact Fund Denmark aims to achieve greater efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance across its investment portfolio.
Required technical safeguards include ISO/IEC 27001 certification (or equivalent) covering the in-scope services, the most recent SOC 2 Type II or ISAE 3402 report (or an executive summary), and a current SWIFT Customer Security Programme attestation.
