Latest Income and Business Tax Return and d) Omnibus Sworn Statement (To be submitted after the award).;
4.) Bids should be valid for 45 days counted from the deadline of submission.
5.) Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for Supplies & Materials, one (1) year for Equipment
from date of acceptance by the Procuring Entity.
6.) Delivery Period: 30 Calendar Days.
7.) Term of Payment: 30 Calendar Days.
