I can’t see Add custom connector. What should I do?

On Team and Enterprise plans, only organization owners can add custom connectors. Ask an owner to add Tenderwell in Organization settings → Connectors, then open Customize → Connectors and connect your Tenderwell account.

Claude Code doesn’t use Tenderwell. How do I fix it?

Check that you added the server with the claude mcp add command above. Then start Claude Code, run /mcp, select tenderwell and choose Authenticate to sign in to Tenderwell and approve access.

Why are some results hidden or limited?

The connector uses your Tenderwell plan. Depending on your plan, some fields can be hidden and daily search limits apply. When that happens, Tenderwell tells your assistant, which passes the message on to you. Upgrade your plan to see more.
