Payments

You can use Tenderwell for free to get some limited information about tenders and organizations. If you want to get access to additional data with increased access limits then there are multiple subscription Plans to choose from.

Each plan allows for monthly and yearly payments. Once the subscription is set up, your payment method will be charged automatically on the next billing period (monthly or yearly). For managing payments we use Stripe, a leading payment provider, so that you can be sure that your credit card data is safe.

The yearly payment options are usually discounted and provide a better value compared to the monthly options

Creating a subscription​

  1. Click on the Plans link in the top navigation menu

  2. Select one of the 'Pay monthly' or 'Pay yearly' options

  3. Analyze the permissions for each plan in the plans table and, when ready, click on the corresponding 'Get started' button to proceed with your desired plan

  4. Update your company's financial data, if needed, and click on the 'Next' button. This financial data will be used to fill up the invoice.

  5. The following page allows you to enter your payment information. Please confirm first that the displayed plan and period are correct before continuing.

  6. Enter your credit card information. This information is being processed by our payment provider Stripe. For your safety, we don't have access to your credit card data.

  7. Click on the Subscribe button

  8. Wait a moment until your payment is being processed

  9. You have activated your subscription! Now you can enjoy all the features that your plan provides

Subscription renewal​

Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of the next billing cycle (month or year). At that time your payment method that you used to set up your subscription will be charged the corresponding amount. You will receive an email notification when your subscription is renewed.

Cancelling a subscription​

If you no longer wish to renew your subscription you can cancel it. If you do request to cancel your subscription the automatic renewal will be stopped and you will no longer be charged in the future. Your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends so that you can continue to use the features that you paid for.
